Hi there! We’re Sarah and Emilio, a husband-and-wife photo and video duo focused on creating a timeless, natural, and comfortable experience for your wedding day from start to finish.
We know your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye, and we want you to be fully present for every moment. Our role is to guide you, support you, and make the entire process feel easy, so you can enjoy your day while we capture the meaningful moments you’ll look back on for years to come.
Our approach is intentional and true to life. Everything from the way we pose to the way we color is designed to feel natural now and still hold up for generations.

Our Process
01
Inquiry
We ask all couples to schedule a quick video call through our scheduler link so we can get to know each other and hear more about your vision. We believe personal connection matters, and it is important that you feel comfortable with the team that will spend the entire day with you.
After the call, we create a customized proposal that fits your needs, budget, and preferences.
02
Booking
Once you’ve decided on a personalized package and any additional add ons, we secure your date by signing a contract. We ask for a 20% retainer to secure your wedding date.
The remaining payment is due one month before the wedding. This can be split up into smaller payments or paid as one lump sum.

Planning
One month before the wedding, we send you a detailed questionnaire to finalize the timeline, important moments, and preferences.
We are also happy to hop on another call or connect with your planner to make sure we have all the details of your day.

Delivery
After your wedding, you will receive your full photo and video gallery within 6 to 8 weeks. Super 8 and 35mm film are usually delivered within 8 to 10 weeks, and engagement or couple sessions are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
Everything is delivered through an online gallery with one year of access, and you have full printing rights for all photography sessions.
