Hi there, we are Emilio & Sarah, a husband and wife, photography and videography team based right here in Evergreen, CO.
We met in Hawaii while we were going to college. Our shared love of photography led us to start a wedding business while we were dating. Since then we have worked with couples from all over the world, capturing their love through our lenses. Our passion eventually led us to relocate our business in the beautiful state of Colorado.
We have been in the photo and video industry for the better part of 7 years. We love connecting with our couples and crafting an experience that is as unique as they are.

The name “The Evergreen Wedding” pays honor to the cute little mountain town we call home and as a mantra for our couples that we wish growth, stability, and that their relationship is “ever green”.

Our Process

Inquiry
We hop on a call and talk through your vision. After we have a clear understanding of your vision for the big day, we will create a customized package that aligns with your budget, needs and preferences.

Booking
Once you’ve decided on a personalized package, we secure your date by signing a contract. We ask for a 20% retainer to secure your wedding date. The remaining payment is due one month before the wedding. This can be slip up into smaller payments or one lump sum.

Planning
In the days leading up to the wedding we are in constant contact, making sure we have all the details down. We work closely with you to make sure timelines are clear and that everything will run smoothly.
Our goal is to make your day as stress-free as possible. We’ll create a shot list to ensure a clear plan is in place while also capturing beautiful candid moments throughout the day.

Inquiry
We deliver all wedding photos and videos within 6 weeks of the wedding date. Couples and engagement shoots are delivered within 4 weeks of the shoot date.
For all photography sessions you have full printing rights so you can print and share your photos any way you like.

With the new year we thought we would reintroduce ourselves to everyone on here. We are Emilio and Sarah. A husband/wife photo video team.
We met in college in Hawaii where Sarah was on her last semester and Emilio was on his first. Through a crazy series of events, we ended up dating and doing long distance for 6 months while we figured out what our next steps were. Sarah eventually moved back to Hawaii and we got married 6 months later! We’ve now been together for 5 years. During that time we have always had a camera by our side and have the opportunity to capture weddings, elopements, newborns and everything in-between.
We love connecting with other couples and feel truly honored to capture their wedding day. If you are one of our 2025 couples, we cannot WAIT to celebrate with you.
