Our Process
01
Inquiry
We ask all couples to schedule a quick video call through our scheduler link so we can get to know each other and hear more about your vision. We believe personal connection matters, and it is important that you feel comfortable with the team that will spend the entire day with you.
After the call, we create a customized proposal that fits your needs, budget, and preferences.

Booking
Once you’ve decided on a personalized package and any additional add ons, we secure your date by signing a contract. We ask for a 20% retainer to secure your wedding date.
The remaining payment is due one month before the wedding. This can be split up into smaller payments or paid as one lump sum.

Planning
One month before the wedding, we send you a detailed questionnaire to finalize the timeline, important moments, and preferences.
We are also happy to hop on another call or connect with your planner to make sure we have all the details of your day.

Delivery
After your wedding, you will receive your full photo and video gallery within 8 to 12 weeks. Super 8 and 35mm film follow a traditional lab process, so turnaround time can be longer than standard digital coverage. Engagement or couple sessions are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
Everything is delivered through an online gallery with one year of access, and you have full printing rights for all photography sessions.

Just sent off A&C’s wedding gallery 🤍 Here are some of my favorite photos shot on 35mm film!
Obsessed with how it turned out! These guys literally cleared a spot in the forest on their own land in Leadville to create their ceremony site, making it a completely one of a kind. It was the most laid back day, and was such a beautiful wedding!
One common thing we see on a lot of our inquiries is, “We’re awkward in front of the camera” but you’d never know it from their final gallery 😉
Our approach is all about genuine connection and movements instead of stiff posing or forcing trends. We work with you to find what feels authentic and brings out your unique connection, because every couple is different, and the best photos happen when you’re simply being yourselves 🤍
